National day of action for Antarctica
Antarctica needs krill
Swisse doesn't
Supporters across Australia are gathering outside Chemist Warehouse stores to show Swisse, Chemist Warehouse, our politicians and the krill fishing industry that we want Antarctica protected, not destroyed.

Stick it to Swisse
Sign up to receive an action pack with stickers to put on Swisse krill oil bottles. Their own label won’t tell the truth, so ours will.

Tell Swisse it’s unacceptable to profit from the destruction of Antarctica by selling krill oil.
Major international retailers have already stopped selling krill oil in recognition of the devastating impact this industry has on Antarctica and its wildlife.
Swisse can — and must — do the same.
- The southern ocean
Tiny krill hold up an entire ecosystem
- The threat
Taken for supplements we don’t need
Industrial fishing fleets are removing huge quantities of krill from Antarctic waters to make products like krill oil supplements. Taking krill from the mouths of whales and penguins for this is simply unacceptable.
- Who’s driving demand
Swisse sells it. Chemist Warehouse stocks it.
Swisse is one of the companies helping drive demand for krill. It has the opportunity to drop krill oil and join the growing movement to protect Antarctica, and Chemist Warehouse can stop stocking it.
- Why this weekend
The world’s eyes turn to Hobart
Global negotiations on krill fishing begin in Hobart on Sunday 18 October. Our Day of Action the day before puts Australian voices in front of that moment.
Change is already happening

Coles and Woolworths
Both have confirmed they no longer sell krill oil supplements.
Almost 100%
of German chemist chains are now krill-free, following campaigning and protests by Sea Shepherd.
Swisse is next
Together we can convince Swisse and Chemist Warehouse to leave Antarctic krill in the ocean where they belong.
